The schedule contained herein is taken from the final District 12 Traffic Management Plan. It can and will be modified and adjusted where necessary to ensure safety and optimum performance of the Route 74 Project.
Weekdays time /lane assignment:

(Eastbound queue will be monitored and cleared approx. every 50 minutes)
Traffic Lane Assignment
4:30 AM – 8:30 AM PRIORITY ONE LANE TRAFFIC
Between 8:30 AM and 2:00 PM both westbound and eastbound traffic are going to share a lane using one lane with Flagging/Signal or Stop Control and/or Pilot Truck Operation. Depending on arrival of traffic flow, queue, arriving of any emergency vehicles and number of vehicles waiting, they will share one traffic lane to pass. There will be no FULL closure within these hours and one lane will remain open at all time.
